We process your order as soon as we receive it and dispatch available items as quickly as possible. Many orders are delivered within just a few days. In any case, we ensure that you receive your items no later than the start of your salary conversion. You can find the exact date in your agreement. If your items are delivered earlier, you can use them free of charge until that date.

If you have ordered several items, they may be delivered at different times and by different delivery companies. We will send you a separate dispatch confirmation by email for each item.
