Items you have marked for return can still be purchased by the contract termination date. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

Please return all items that you have not bought by the end of the contract period promptly after the end of the usage period.

You will receive the return documents 21 days before the end of the usage period.

If you decide to return an item a few days before or after the end of the usage period, you will receive the return documents —including the address and shipping label— the next day.
