About two to three months before the end of your usage period, you will automatically receive an email from us sent to the email addresses on file with us.
This email contains a link to the takeover portal.
Here’s how to find your purchase offer:
Open the email
Click on the link to your dedicom account under the heading “Access to Your Account.”
Log in to the transfer portal using your email address and password.
A green notification box titled “End of Usage Period” will appear on the home page.
Click “Complete Process Now.”
Update your (billing) address.
After updating your information, you’ll see an overview of all the devices you’ve used, along with their corresponding purchase prices.
You can then choose whether you want to purchase the devices or return them.
Important:
The purchase prices displayed have already been calculated based on the end of the usage period and will not change until the cutoff date.
Even if you decide to purchase the devices early, the agreed-upon usage period will continue unchanged. The remaining installments will continue to be deducted from your paycheck until the regular end of the usage period.
